Diamond grinding, not acid etching
We run a diamond grinder over every square foot to open the concrete's pores. It is the slow way and the only way a coating actually bonds. Cracks and pits get filled before anything else goes down.

Full broadcast flake
Vinyl flake is thrown to refusal into the base coat, then scraped back flat. You get an even, seamless colour with no roller lines and enough texture underfoot to stay safe when it is wet.

One polyaspartic topcoat
A single premium polyaspartic layer seals the flake. It is UV stable, so it will not amber in the sun, and it shrugs off hot tyres, road salt, brake fluid and dropped tools.

Back in the garage the next morning
We arrive early, grind, coat and clean up the same day. You can walk on it in four to six hours and park on it in twenty-four.
