Our Process

While traditional epoxy takes 6-to-8 days to cure, we can install our Polyurea or Polyaspartic coating that will cure in as little as just one day, which means that you can completely overhaul your garage, patio, or pool with minimal time commitment. How are we able to install this flooring so fast? Our years of experience have allowed us to whittle down our process to make it as effective and efficient as possible.

1. Preparation: First, we prepare the surface using shot blasting or diamond grinding.
2. Reconstruction: Next, we smooth out the area by filling in pits and cracks.
3. Base Coat: We apply an ultra-durable 100% solids, self-priming pure Polyurea basecoat.
4. Chip Casting: Then, we hand-cast the chip, which is the layer that provides the floor with color.
5. Chip Scraping: Once the previous layers are fully cured, we scrape and smooth the chip to provide a completely flat surface.
6. Clear-Coat: Finally, we apply a UV-stable Polyaspartic clear coat, which seals the floor and protects it from UV rays and other damage.
